Early-career honors: Term Professorship, Teacher of the Year, and Excellence Award

Three honors from earlier in my University of Florida career: the University of Florida Term Professorship (2017–2020), recognizing sustained scholarly achievement among tenure-track faculty across ranks; the College of Design, Construction & Planning’s college-wide Teacher of the Year award (2015–2016), for excellence in undergraduate advising and mentoring; and the University of Florida Office of the Provost’s Excellence Award for Assistant Professor (2016), recognizing junior-faculty research excellence.
