US Patent 12,561,973 automates flood-hazard classification, deployed across coastal Florida communities under NSF Smart & Connected Communities awards. A companion UAV building-envelope measurement patent (US 12,344,408) was granted in 2025. http://drf.shimberg.ufl.edu/pilot-project
