Instrumental in developing the “Nexus Net Zero Energy™ Training Series” with over 18 courses from concepts to advanced modeling, the a of its kind in the nation offered to building professionals geared towards designing bio-responsive buildings. daLaunched in December 2009, the Net Zero Energy Program quickly gained recognition in the Northeast U.S. and beyond. Courses were designed to be interactive and included using measurement devices, scientific calculations, life cycle cost analysis and payback, readings & assignments, case-studies, live projects and hands-on software experience to provide in depth understanding of concepts, strategies and modeling techniques. Delivered courses had been approved for continuing education credits by USGBC, AIA and IES.
